Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IOCG (Insider of China Gaming) services. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

IOCG provides subscription-based digital intelligence products, including but not limited to:

IOCG does not collect, process, or sell any personal data from individual users in China or elsewhere.

All content is provided for informational and business intelligence purposes only.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis.

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

You authorize IOCG to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Due to the nature of digital intelligence products, all sales are final.

However, in the event that IOCG is unable to continue providing services due to unforeseen circumstances, IOCG may, at its sole discretion, provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Such refund, if issued, shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy, and IOCG shall not be liable for any additional compensation, damages, or losses.

This Founding Member Offer applies to the initial 50 clients of every individual paid subscription plan.

Founding Member pricing is locked for 24 months as long as the subscription remains active without interruption.

If a subscription is canceled, re-subscription will be subject to the current regular pricing.

IOCG reserves the right to determine eligibility and to discontinue the offer once capacity is reached.

Subscriptions are intended for internal business use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share IOCG content externally without prior written permission.

Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or commercial use may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

All content, reports, analysis, and materials provided by IOCG are the exclusive intellectual property of IOCG and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

IOCG makes no representations or warranties regarding:

All content reflects observed behaviors, trends, and discussions among certain user groups on specific platforms, and may not be representative of broader markets or future outcomes.

Use of the information is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

IOCG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.

IOCG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
